Terms of Service

These terms cover the dog care services I (Halyna) provide directly in Cascais and along the Linha de Cascais. By booking, you agree to them.

Dogs only

I work exclusively with dogs, of any breed and size. I do not care for other animals.

Health & vaccinations

Your dog should be healthy, vaccinated appropriately and treated against fleas and ticks. Please tell me in advance about any medical condition, medication, allergy or behavioural issue. I can administer routine medication when instructed.

Booking & meet & greet

A free meet & greet takes place before the first booking. A booking is confirmed once we agree the dates, service and price. I may decline a booking if it is not a safe fit for the dog or others in my care.

Boarding & daycare

These take place at my home in Cascais. You drop off and collect your dog. Dogs are never left unattended and receive several walks a day.

Dog walking

Walks take place in your dog’s area along the Linha de Cascais. If keys are provided, they are kept securely and used only for the agreed service.

Cancellations

Please give as much notice as possible if plans change. Specific cancellation terms are agreed at booking.

Liability & emergencies

I take great care of every dog. In a veterinary emergency I will seek prompt care and contact you as soon as possible; you remain responsible for veterinary costs. My liability is limited to the extent permitted by Portuguese law.
