This site (Halyna Dog Sitter) is operated by Halyna, an individual dog sitter based in Cascais, Portugal ("I", "me"). I am the data controller for the personal data you share with me and I use it only to arrange and provide dog care. I do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

What I collect

• Your name and contact details (phone, email, WhatsApp)
• Details about your dog (name, breed, size, age, health and care needs)
• The dates and service you request
• Any messages you send me

Why I use it (legal basis)

• To reply to your request and arrange a booking (steps prior to a contract)
• To provide the agreed dog care (performance of a contract)
• To keep in touch about your dog during a stay (legitimate interest / your instructions)

The booking form

When you submit the form, the information is transmitted so it reaches me by email/message. A standard hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes the request in transit. No payment information is collected on this site.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry and booking information only as long as needed to provide the service and to comply with legal obligations, then delete it.
